- Operate drones for agricultural spraying, aerial surveying, and field mapping under Kisan Wings projects.
- Conduct pre-flight planning, pre-flight checks, and post-flight inspections to ensure drone performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and ensure strict compliance with DGCA and Kisan Wings’ operational protocols.
- Assist the technical and operations team in the setup, maintenance, and minor repairs of drone systems.
- Communicate effectively with farmers, field staff, and project managers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow all field safety protocols and ensure drone operations are conducted in permitted areas only.

Requirements:
- A valid DGCA-issued Remote Pilot License (RPL) is mandatory; however, candidates with proven experience may be exempt from this requirement.

- Strong communication skills, ability to engage with rural communities and teams.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently in rural environments.
